From Day 1 is aimed to make you feel as relaxed as possible. Unfortunately, when we go on holiday it generally takes a few days for our body clock to check into relaxation mode.
Therefore, Day 1 has been specifically designed to ensure that delegates feel relaxed and rejuvenated, ready for Day 2.
This experience is a premium two night and three day retreat, where it will be a mixture of luxury, rest, teaching and health.
